How do I place an order?
1. If you know what you're looking for, start shopping by selecting the product category links at the top of the page! (greeting cards, prints, etc.) If you have a specific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter a key in the search box on the homepage. If you are just freestyling, check out the "shop by" options for some extra fun!
2. Once you have found the items you want to bring home, click on the 'ADD TO CART' button.
3. You can then either continue shopping, or review the items in your shopping cart by clicking on basket symbol at the top of the page.
4. If you can't wait any longer and need your goodies, click 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order!
How long will shipping take?
While we are a small team of 6, we are pretty speedy!
Within the week of your order, we will have it to you in the mail! Some products take a little more time to produce, but usually our printed goods will be on their way quickly!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout - and we also have all our prints listed as digital downloads so you can have the art without the shipping cost!
How do I track my order?
After you purchase something from our site, an email will automatically be sent to you with your order number. (check spam if it's not right there - sometimes it hides)
After we have packaged up your order and it is on it’s way out of our little work space - you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number!
What if my order is missing stuff or is damaged?
Just send us an email at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we can help you out from there!
How long will it take to hear back?
Our customer service team is one person! Haha! So please give her your kindest approach - we are doing our best to answer quickly! Usually, you will hear back within 2 week days!
Can I return my order?
At this time, we do not have the capacity to handle returns, but we are working on getting a system up & running soon!
We put our return policy at checkout and it is required to be read and agreed to before checkout, so we make sure everyone is aware we are not able to facilitate returns quite yet.
