Why “Twenty Seven?”

The owner and artist, Jenna, started dating her husband on July 27th, so as you do in high school - the two always did something to celebrate the 27th of every month (and still do). The date stuck, and they got engaged on a 27th too. It was always a day to look forward to, and that’s the feeling I hope the shop gives - giddy joy!

It’s also a favorite Psalm about fear, and the interstate exit to get to Lakeland, our home city. Lots of reasons to love the number

Online Orders:

Where is my order notification?

YAY you ordered some sunshine!!! You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order immediately after check out. Make sure you check your spam folder or double check you entered your email address properly if you don’t see it! If you still haven’t received it after 24 hours please contact customer service at

I have received my order but one of my items is missing, what do I do?

Sometimes something funk happens, but we are here to get to the bottom of it! If there is something missing from your order please e mail us giving us your name, your order number and what is missing.

We will then either run a stock check with our warehouse/investigate with the courier and once we have reached a resolution, if the stock is available we will send it out straight away. If the item is sold out we will issue a full refund.

How long will my order take to despatch?

Please keep in mind we have a shipping team of 2 people and many items in our shop are made to order! (that’s part of the magic!) For orders placed via USPS, it takes roughly 1 week before your order is despatched and can sometimes take a little longer during busy periods. We will notify as soon as your order has been sent, please look out for a shipping confirmation email!

Can you cancel my order?

TLDR: we’ll try! Full answer: As long as your order hasn’t been sent out for fulfillment, or has already been shipped, we should be able to cancel it. Please contact us at to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.

I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address! What can I do?

In most cases - we are not able to correct this within the system. We know that’s a bummer & we don’t like it either. But after a package slip has been created, and USPS has picked it up - we have absolutely no control over the package. We ask that you please double check your address at checkout, and if you realize it is incorrect, please email us ASAP so it does not ship!

Can I Modify My Order?

We are unable to be modify an order, an address, or any recipients after the order has left our storefront.

What should I do if my package is lost?

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to take the following steps:

1. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.
2. Reach out to your local post office or FedEx facility.
3. Contact our team at and include your order number.

Please report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered.

Please note, Twenty Seven is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your package arrives damaged, we are so sorry to hear it :( Here’s the thing: once it is out of our hands, and with the post office, we cannot control it was damaged while shipping.

HOWEVER: please send over your order number, a few photos of the fault and a short description of what has gone wrong to and we will see what we can do to help you out!

Can I return my order?

You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.

Custom orders cannot be returned.

I forgot to use my discount code, what can I do?

Due to system limitations, we are unable to apply your discount code to an order that has already been placed. Please be extra careful that this has been correctly entered and the discount code has been applied!

Kentucky Avenue, just slightly past the shop, has street parking available. There is a lot always available next to the large coral “Loyd’s of Lakeland” Antique building on E Bay Street- the grass/dirt lot has a sign for the Studebaker building. Parking is always free! Trinity Presbyterian Church’s lot is available for free on Saturdays.
